The Beer Diet

Ok hang on to your hats because I’ve adopted a diet that involves drinking more beer and yet I’ve still managed to lose weight. Now its a party! Unfortunately I don’t think the diet will work for Kentucky as he is already doing many of these things.

But here it is – basically anything that is not highly processed:

  • Fruit and Nuts
  • Vegetables and Salads
  • Cheese, Eggs, and Skimmed Milk
  • Sprouted Grain Bread
  • Poultry and Fish
  • Water
  • Beer and Cider

Plus I walk about an hour a day with my iPhone (well I carry my iPhone).

I’ve cut out candy, cakes, bread, snack bars, jams, fries, muffins, and pasta.

This year I have probably doubled my beer drinking, but instead of growing into a balloon I’ve lost about 10 lbs.  I’m not saying I’m a Slimcea Girl but I’m happy to not have packed on 20 lbs instead.  I attritbute this 100% to my new diet and exercise regime.
